How quickly is my order shipped?

Orders received before midday we endeavour to ship same day. Orders received after midday will be shipped next working day. Please contact us if you need your order to arrive by a certain day and we will do our best to help.

How much is delivery?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of 5 pairs or more. Other delivery methods are available upon checkout and are charged accordingly.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. We are happy to ship using other methods which can be selected on checkout.

How is sales tax calculated on my order?

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT at 20%. This will be added to your order upon checking out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us for more details and for an exact shipping cost.


Can I exchange/return items?

We are happy to exchange/return items should there be an obvious fault with them. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

How do I exchange/return items?

Please contact us quoting your order number, the style number you wish to exchange/return and the reason for doing so. A member of our team will then be in touch.


Do all items come with packaging?

All our cufflinks will be supplied in a gift box of your choice which comes as standard with the Dynamic Links London logo.

How do I select my packaging?

Please add the boxes that you require to your order. If you require more than one box please add these to your order and then contact us to inform us as to how you would like your order packed.

Can I use my own brand/logo on the boxes?

We are more than happy to provide boxes with your own brand/logo or leave them unbranded should you so wish. Please contact us for more details regarding your own branding – additional charges may apply.

Can you supply the products loose with no packaging?

Yes this is not a problem and you are able to select this option at checkout. A discount will then be added to your order.

I want to order a gift set. How do I do this?

At present we do not have the ability for you to assign certain products to certain packaging. The best thing to do would be to call us and a member of the team will take your order over the phone.


Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee all our products for a time of 12 months after purchase. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear. Should you encounter any issues with your products please see the returns section above for how to return your items.

How secure is your site?

All payments are made via PayPal and our site uses the latest technology to keep all your details secure.

Can I use your images on my own website?

If you are buying products from us we are happy for you to use our images. Please contact us for more details. We also offer a pick, pack and post service which allows you to utilise our images on your website without the cost of holding stock. Once an order is placed through your site we will pick, pack and post the items direct to your customer. Please speak to a member of our team if this could be of interest to you.

I have a discount code, how do I use this?

There is an option for you to enter this at checkout. If you are having issues with a discount code please contact us and we will do all we can to help.
